      历经了十余年的持续支持,我国新能源汽车产业化和商业化已经初现规模,随 政府主导的新一轮新能源汽车推广应用计划推出,必将迎来新一轮新能源汽车发展高潮。纵观新能源汽车产业发展,根据对影响新能源汽车产业化发展主要影响因素 的分析,个人认为,新能源汽车产业发展将遵循“企业主导、政府扶持、科技促进、市场驱动、循序渐进”的基本原则。














      Initial Exploration of Guiding Principles for the Development of Green Car Industrial Production


      After more than a decade of continued support, the industrial production and commercialization of green cars in China has already reached a certain level and, with the launch of a new green car promotion plan managed by the government, another high point in the development of the green car industry is expected. Based on an overall view of its growth and analysis of the main factors affecting the development of industrial production, I believe that the industry will continue to move forward in line with the guiding principles of “corporate leadership, government support, technological advancement, market-driven development and steady progress”.


      Corporate leadership: car manufacturers should lead the way in opening up new areas for growth in the industry, develop green car products that meet market requirements, and, in cooperation with suppliers of key components, such as batteries, engines, etc. and suppliers of charging equipment and services (mainly electric power companies), develop the potential customer base for green cars.

      Government support: the central government, as well as relevant ministries and commissions, needs to provide strong support to develop the industrial production and commercialization of green cars through the economy, policies, laws and regulations, so as to encourage the effective use of these benefits within the industry, and increase the active involvement of local government and related industries in the development of the green car industry.


      Technological advancement: universities and colleges, scientific research establishments and organizations, and technology departments, need to work hard to address key technological issues and bottlenecks, such as vehicle energy efficiency, battery life and system reliability, which could hold back the large-scale industrial production of green cars, explore management and marketing methods for the development and promotion of green cars, and provide theoretical, scientific and technical support for the growth of the green car industry.


      Market-driven development: Carefully develop target markets for green cars, in areas such as private passenger cars, taxis, public transport buses, urban sanitation vehicles and goods delivery vehicles, and increase their market attractiveness by increasing the scale of use, reducing vehicle purchase and running costs, and increasing their technological maturity, the quality of after-sales services and ease of use.


      Steady progress: From initial lab testing, to small-scale operation of test models, promotion for specific uses and areas, and large-scale marketing operations, gradually increase the scale of green car use and market share through the promotion of factors such as technological advancement and cost reduction.
