EasyMile is a company producing and distributing an electric shuttle (autonomous vehicle) dedicated to smart mobility designed to cover short distances and predefined routes in multi-use environments.

"The EasyMile minibuses have previously been tested on public roads in Finland and elsewhere, but this is the first time they’ll be mixing it up with everyday traffic there."

How that is possible ? The finnish law doesn't require a driver to have a vehicle on the everyday roads.

These small buses of EasyMile will be tested for short range-shuttling of people. For exemple, they will linked a train station and a car park.

We will follow it closely after all the discussions around self driving vehicles 'Self-driving' in spotlight again as China sees first Tesla autopilot crash !
